I am the “L” in  A & L – My name is Liz and I am the Mom in the business. I grew up in Bluffton, Ohio and we had a ceramic store that I went to on the weekends. I still have several pieces that I painted when I was in Jr High. There are soo many techniques that are available now to paint pieces. It’s fun trying something different. I normally paint with acrylics as you can just paint over the color if you decide you don’t like it and you can get soo much more detail than you can with glaze. It’s been an adventure in growing this business. Mom & Daughter hopefully bringing joy to many different people!
